The SAP Application Management Services from Global Online Partners™ is specially designed to provide all the expert services and support needed to outsource the operation and management of your customer’s entire SAP application landscape – from technical administration to application support and enhancement.

The SAP Application Management Services take full advantage of the SAP’s Application Lifecycle Management portfolio of processes, tools and best practices, to manage SAP and non-SAP solutions, throughout the entire application life-cycle.

To that purpose, Global Online Partners™ rely on qualified SAP application and technology experts to take over the management and day-to-day operations of your customer's SAP systems, whether the software resides in their data center or in a third-party hosting facility.

The SAP Application Management Services from Global Online Partners™ are reasonably justified, based on the following customer needs:

  • Take advantage of standardized tools, content and best practices, to support their SAP and non-SAP users and systems.

  • Acquire IT Service (ITSM) and Application management (ALM) capabilities to support and manage SAP solutions.

  • Improve the availability and performance of their SAP Solutions through constant surveillance and timely maintenance.

  • Avoid increasing IT support costs due to the changing demands of the SAP technology.

  • Capitalize on the resources available under the SAP Maintenance agreement.

  • Free up resources and skills to focus on strategic projects.

Service Scope

Based on your customer requirements, the service can be configured to include a combination of available support plans and service-level agreements to fulfill specific customer needs in three categories (see figure):

  • IT Service Management: Centralized and common service processes to allow for the efficient and effective management of incidents, problems, service requests and solution changes on multiple organization levels.

  • Application Operations: Includes all capabilities for monitoring, alerting, analyzing, and administering the SAP solutions, by implementing and using the SAP Standards for End-to-End Solution Operations.

  • Production Support: Covers organizational needs for either reactive or planned SAP solution support in the form of standard services or staff augmentation.

The SAP Application Management Services is available as a private label service for SAP Partners and Service Providers, based on a subscription price model and a selected scope of service. Tasks outside the standard scope may be integrated in the solution, provided as separate Standard Services (if available) or by Expertise on Demand.
