Service Scope

 

The services offered in SAP Solution Manager as a Managed Service, are divided into two scenarios:

 

  • Full Service Scenario

The Provider operates the customer’s SAP Solution Manager directly and deliver managed services, thereby customers do not access the SAP Solution Manager but consume the services (see figure).

 

  • Self Service Scenario

The Provider sets up the technical infrastructure of the customer’s SAP Solution Manager and allow them to execute Self-Service directly.
