Based on smooth & reliable support and services delivered directly by qualified consultants under service level agreements, the SAP Solution Manager as a Managed Service assures that Production Support and lifecycle build/maintenance activities are managed centrally thus enabling your customer for building and running SAP like a factory.

When Should the Service Be Used?


The SAP Solution Manager as a Managed Service from Global Online Partners™ can assist your customer if they:


  • Are a Small and Medium Size Enterprise Support Customer.


  • Do not have an on premise SAP Solution Manager implemented.


  • Want to improve the availability of their SAP Solutions.


  • Expect to adopt ALM practices according to ITIL and SAP operation standards.


Service Scope


The services offered in SAP Solution Manager as a Managed Service, are divided into two scenarios:


  • Full Service Scenario

The Provider operates the customer’s SAP Solution Manager directly and deliver managed services, thereby customers do not access the SAP Solution Manager but consume the services (see figure).


  • Self Service Scenario

The Provider sets up the technical infrastructure of the customer’s SAP Solution Manager and allow them to execute Self-Service directly.

Tasks outside the standard scope may be integrated in the solution, provided as separate Standard Services (if available) or as expertise on demand.
